Set in a forest at an elevation of 1,500 meters, this treetop athletic course utilizes trees and natural terrain. Spanning approximately 400 meters in total, it features 19 thrilling activities. Highlights include a zipline with a maximum launching height of 9 meters, aerial swings, and tightropes for an adrenaline-packed experience. The course is open to participants in the third grade of elementary school or above, who are at least 125 cm tall and weigh over 25 kg. Additionally, there's a free kids' adventure section, ensuring even younger children can join in the fun.

The Takamine Highlands offer a range of hiking trails suitable for beginners to advanced hikers, with an elevation difference of about 60 meters from the trailhead to the summit. Counted among Japan's 100 famous flower mountains, the area bursts into vibrant colors in the summer with alpine plants like dwarf daylilies and irises. The panoramic views of the Yatsugatake mountains and Northern Alps, the sea of clouds below, the stunning red hues of sunset, and the star-filled night sky provide breathtaking scenes at different times of the day, adding to the charm of the location.

Located within the Myoko-Togakushi Renzan National Park and situated at an altitude of 1,200 meters, this campground offers an immense dive into nature with the full grandeur of the Togakushi mountain range in close view. The campground can accommodate over 200 tents, offering both free and designated tent sites, along with cottages and log cabins. Additionally, Togakushi Farm is part of the campground, providing opportunities for horseback riding and interactive experiences with animals.

Nozawa Onsen, known for its ski slopes and hot springs in winter, is the perfect place for mountain biking in summer.
The approximately 10-km-long downhill course offers a choice of paved paths for beginners or more challenging terrain for advanced riders, allowing you to enjoy mountain biking according to your riding style and level.

This program allows visitors to experience “forest therapy,” which is a way to regulate the body and mind in a beautiful forest called the “Healing Forest,” which has been certified as a forest therapy base. In addition to one-day plans that include an overnight stay, half-day plans are also available for a casual experience.

"Venus Line" is a plateau driving course in Nagano Prefecture with a total length of about 76km and an average altitude of 1400m. The high season comes from early July to early August, and alpine plants such as Nikko daylilies decorate the Kurumayama Plateau and Kirigamine Plateau.

Adjacent to the Tateshina Ranch Gondola Lift mountain station on the Shirakaba Highlands. Located at an altitude of 1830m, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Northern Alps and the view of Megami Lake below. The terrace is equipped with sofas and hammocks for a leisurely time alongside breathtaking views.
