Just a 35-minute express train ride from Shibuya Station, you'll find the “Snoopy Museum Tokyo” right next to Minami-Machida Grandberry Park Station.
A must-visit for any Snoopy fan, this museum is the only satellite of the “Charles M. Schulz Museum and Research Center” in the United States. From the moment you step inside, you’re immersed in a dreamy space surrounded by countless adorable Snoopy figures.
Enter Through The monument of Snoopy’s Big Mouth! Who’s There to Greet You?
Step out of the ticket gates at Minami-Machida Grandberry Park Station, walk straight ahead, then turn right and continue for about four minutes. You’ll come face-to-face with a large monument of Snoopy’s open mouth, a quirky and inviting entrance to the museum.
As you step inside Snoopy’s mouth, you’re welcomed by seasonal decorations hanging from the ceiling, instantly boosting your excitement.
Farther inside, you’ll find mirrors featuring illustrations of Snoopy and the Peanuts Gang, making it feel as if they’re welcoming you.
Snap a photo with them through the mirror and feel like you’ve joined their cheerful world.
Straight ahead, you’ll find the ticket counter.
Tickets come in two types: on-site tickets, which can be purchased at the counter, and and date-specific advance tickets available via the official Snoopy Museum Tokyo website, KKday, or e-plus.
What makes the tickets special is that each features a “Peanuts” comic strip originally published on the same date as your visit.
For instance, if you visit on December 6, 2024, your ticket will display a comic from December 6 of a past year.
This thoughtful touch allows visitors to feel a timeless connection with Snoopy.
