During the cherry blossom season, the park is filled with approximately 1,000 cherry trees, including Somei-Yoshino, yamazakura (wild cherry), and shidare-zakura (weeping cherry). From March 19 to April 7, 2024, the park will host the "Night Cherry Blossom Jewellumination," an event where visitors can see gorgeous nighttime cherry blossoms.
