A classy restaurant accented in black that plays jazz music. The shop has relatively many seats so it is easy to find a seat. The shop is very proud of the soup stock made of natural ingredients including pork, chicken, beef, marine products and vegetables which give a rich, savory taste balanced with a good balance of sweetness. Especially popular is the “special shrimp potage ramen” which is dish of deep flavor made with shrimp oil and tare sauce which was developed over 1 year of trial and error.
