We knead lots of seafood paste into the dough to give it a rich flavor, allowing you to enjoy the delicate taste of seafood that goes well with alcoholic beverages.
There are two flavors, "Strong Cheese Flavor" and "Anchovy & Garlic".
"Strong Cheese Flavor" made by kneading cod paste into the dough and then frying it to give it a rich cheese flavor.
For "Anchovy & Garlic", sardine paste is kneaded into the dough, giving it the saltiness of anchovies and the scent of garlic.
