This is a lovely little art gallery situated in the middle of a nice park in Urawa. There is an interesting, allbeit small, collection of modern art pieces by Japanese and non-Japanese artists, including a Monet. They also have regular exhibitions; I saw one on chairs which was very interesting and well presented.
There are also large pieces worth a look at in the park surrounding the gallery. The small gallery shop is worth a few minutes browsing and the restaurant/cafe was well attended (might try it next time).

I would not go too far out od my way to visit this, but if you are in the area and have a couple of hours spare, definitely worth a visit.
