English Garden Rosa & Berry Tawada
A quiet tourist facility surrounded by nature, with a beautiful English garden that transforms each season.
English Garden Rosa & Berry is a 13,000 square meter garden surrounded by mountains. There are seven different types of gardens designed in harmony with nature, including the Rose and Perennials Garden and the Rose Garden. In addition, there is also the “Fairy Garden, a Village where Fairies Live," and a farm where you can interact with cute animals like sheep and ponies. "Shaun the Sheep Farm Garden," the world's first area of its kind, launched in 2019, is also gaining popularity.
After a stroll in the garden, you can take a break at their cafes or restaurants. In the food area, you can barbecue your own harvested vegetables. Several shops throughout the garden sell additive-free jams and other carefully selected items. In addition to original baked goods that make excellent souvenirs, Manuka honey soft-serve ice cream and "Shaun the Sheep" merchandise are also popular.
On top of all that, there are also a variety of hands-on workshops other than harvesting vegetables. There are plenty of activities for both adults and to enjoy themselves all day long.
From late October to mid-March (tentative), the garden will hold Kansai's largest interactive, immersive illumination experience. Stroll through the garden in a fantastic atmosphere quite different from the daytime.
