The Kinugawa River runs North to South from the Kanto East Plains. It runs off a stream of the Tone River, and spans across 176km. On the river coast is “Tate Iwa”, a 100m tall giant stone. Surrounding the river are beautiful sceneries that change across four seasons.

Kinugawa River Boat Tour is an experience where visitors can come face to face with the beauty of Kinugawas nature. Visitors will ride a boat controlled by a fearsome captain as they careen through the trenches of Kinugawa River on a 40 minute attraction.

April to June is the flower season, with Konsawa, Murasaki Casio, Mamezakura, Kasumizakura, and wisteria flowers. July to August is Utsugi, Matatabi, and Gamazumi. Visitors can also see animals such as freshwater trout and kingfishers. September to November is when things change drastically, and Autumn leaves start to show up in the trench. Visitors can see Fuyo flowers, Blue Herons, and Wagtails.

Open only from April to late November. In addition to those who want to enjoy the nature, the boat tour itself is also dynamic and powerful. Children and adults alike can enjoy this attraction.
