Mitsuse Le Vert Farm Dongurimura Village
Enjoy a time with horses and goats! A wide open, grassy farm that feels like the hills of France.
This amusement farm is located on Mitsuse Kogen, the 450meter tall plateau located on the prefectural border of Saga and Fukuoka.
The approximate 7.5 square kilometer grasslands are almost just like a French country pasture. Inside the grounds you’ll find horses, goats, guinea pigs and other animals living there, along with the restaurant, bakery and wine building. On weekends and holidays only you’ll even find the village trolley, waiting to take you around in style.
There’s more than enough for everyone to love, including a chance to feed the goats, pony rides, petting zoo, sweet potato harvesting at the garden, sports challenges like archery, or food courses like make your own caramels and butter!
Don’t miss all the delicious eats at Donguri Village. Feast your eyes and mouth on Mitsuse specialities like Mitsuse Dori chicken, sausage, BBQ, soft-serve ice cream and cream puffs made with rich milk.
After your day out playing in the great outdoors, don’t forget to check out all the Mitsuse specialty items awaiting at the gift shop. In additional to all original Donguri Village, you’ll also find that this spot is also sister-village to Cussac, a French village in Bordeaux.
