Specialty coffee roaster with a wide selection of flavorful coffees.
The second branch of the specialty coffee shop "Coffea Exlibris" in Shimokitazawa, it opened in Higashi-Fuchu in 2015 as a roaster and cafe.
In addition to selling home-roasted coffee beans, the store offers coffee brewed by baristas and three to four kinds of homemade sweets at any given time.
The beans are carefully selected by their buyers by visiting the producing regions, and are carefully roasted in the store using a roasting machine made by Probat of Germany.
The coffee is brewed using a coffee press that allows you to taste the aroma of the coffee without straining, so that you can fully enjoy the characteristics of the beans.
The coffee available at the cafe costs from 600 to 1,000 yen per cup, and you can purchase coffee beans of your choice in 100g quantities.
The coffee comes with an illustration card made by stencil-dye artist Mihoko Seki, which is inspired by the bean's place of origin, making it a perfect gift.
Glass cups and ceramic coffee cups made by craftsmen are also available for purchase in the store.
