Waraku Yoitake
Japanese restaurant serving wild-caught fish direct from the ocean and great sake.
This small Japanese restaurant is located about 5 minutes on foot from Fuchu Station. The owner was trained in Kaiseki cuisine restaurants and was a head chef. He opened his joint in 2007 and offers creative Japanese food.
His goal is to provide delicious dishes with ingredients in season at reasonable prices. He uses only wild-caught seafood directly sent from Ehime or Hyogo. The seafood is cooked within the day received and is remarkably fresh.
Besides seafood, Hokkaido’s brand Shiraoi Beef, Kasumi Duck raised free range, and other choice ingredients are used. The owner selects sake and other drinks in a wide variety.
Inside the restaurant, there are casual counter seats and Japanese style seats with foot warmer holes for up to 16 guests. Currently it is open only at night, but you can make a reservation for lunch as well.
