Opened in October 2021 to mark Naha City's centennial, this theater serves as a hub for performing arts. Hosting a variety of performances from Okinawa, other parts of Japan, and abroad, it also collaborates with local artists and citizens to create new works.

The venue boasts a large theater inspired by the ocean, seating approximately 1,600 people, a versatile small theater with movable seating, and fully equipped studios and rehearsal rooms.

To encourage community engagement with art, the "NAHArt Open Lobby Program" offers free concerts, contemporary art exhibitions, and more in its public lobby.
