The owner tasted hamburgers overseas and was impressed, deciding to open a burger joint to serve the genuine taste. He opened the joint in 2018 at a 5-minute walk from Goya Jujiro where Koza Gate Street and National Route 330 cross. In the tranquil restaurant lit with warm light, wooden tables and counters are set. On a sunny day, try the terrace seats.

You need to open your mouth as wide as possible to tackle this generous hamburger, which is made after an order is taken to serve fresh. The buns are baked in house every day with quality wheat flour and fermented butter to create the crisp skin and sweet and chewy inside. The hamburger patty is made of a blend of Japanese beef and 100% beef from three parts. The most popular menu is the Ralph’s Special Burger with a whopping 140g patty, peanut butter, two kinds of cheese, bacon, etc. You can order unusual toppings such as avocado, rum patty, and pineapple.

The restaurant closes as soon as hamburgers are sold out. Since you can not make a reservation, it is better to ask the restaurant how busy they are before you visit.
