The "Asato-ya," which is the mother's house, is a restored private house built more than 100 years ago in the Meiji era (1868-1912). Several other old houses around the mother's house were also moved and restored, and since its opening as an Okinawa soba and Ryukyuan cuisine restaurant, it has quickly become a popular restaurant that is always crowded with many locals and tourists.

Starting with Okinawa soba using homemade raw noodles that are made at the noodle factory on the premises with a focus on "thickness", "firmness" and "smoothness", shabu-shabu with carefully selected Agu pork and Okinawan wagyu beef steak. are also popular.
