The “Snow Brand Parlor Sapporo Flagship Shop” established in 1961 is a classic shop with more than 50 years of history selling Sapporo sweets. Inside the shop, visitors can taste ice cream created just for the Showa Emperor and his wife. More than 30 types of parfaits and meals await you. At the entrance shop, visitors can purchase soft serves and souvenirs.

The focus of attention is still on ice cream. The “Snow Royal” ice cream was made for the Showa Emperor and his wife in 1968, when the couple visited for the 100th Year Anniversary of Hokkaido. With 2 years in the making, using 15.6% cream with no eggs.
Its texture is fluffy, with a thick yet smooth flavor of milk.

The parfait is also popular. With popular and seasonal parfaits, visitors can enjoy various types. The most popular Giant Parfait is 50cm tall compared to the normal 25cm.
It is recommended for a group of 10-12 people. The jumbo parfait was made to grant the wishes of children to have the parfait of their dreams. It is exclusive to the flagship store.
