Nippon Seishu Co. (Former Shibata Shuzo) was the first to begin making sake wine in Sapporo in 1872. They have Chitosetsuru Sake Museum next to the Chitosetsuru cellar.

They sell the brewery-limited versions and a number of famous sake here. “Setsugen no Mai” made of Hokkaido sake rice, Kissho, the best seller, and many more varieties are available.

The staff explains how they are made and their tastes in detail to help you find your favorite. Also, their Yoichi Wine produced in Yoichi Town is sold here.

In the rest area, savor coffee, sake-kasu lees ice cream, sweet sake, etc.
