紅葉饅頭就像包有內餡的雞蛋糕,若喜歡吃有內餡可以考慮,但個人偏好簡單覺得還是原味雞蛋糕好吃。

Momijido Main Store
A long-standing Japanese confectionery shop known for its popular "Fried Momiji®", a perfect companion for exploring Miyajima.
Located on Omotesando shopping street, which connects the Miyajima pier to the World Heritage Itsukushima Shrine, this established Japanese confectionery shop has been a prominent store selling specialties like momiji manju, representative of not only Miyajima but also Hiroshima, for over 100 years since its establishment in Meiji 45 (1912).
Momijido's flagship product, Fried Momiji®, introduced in 2002, was born out of the desire to offer "a new way to enjoy momiji manju." Designed for easy snacking while strolling, the momiji manju is skewered and crisply fried upon order. It quickly became a sensation and has now evolved into a new signature confection of Miyajima. Initially offered in three flavors - red bean paste, cream, and cheese, the Fried Momiji® line has since expanded, including Seto Inland Sea lemon and rare cheese, diversifying its flavor range.
Of course, special attention should also be given to the ever-popular momiji manju, a staple Miyajima souvenir. Characterized by its fluffy, castella-like dough, it comes in a variety of fillings, such as smooth red bean paste, chunky red bean paste, and starry sky matcha. The fact that they can be purchased individually is also a delightful feature. In addition, they offer new products like Momijido Nuts, which are worth checking out.
