Located just steps from the Izu Kogen Sakura Namiki Entrance, this restaurant offers beautifully prepared Mediterranean cuisine made from locally sourced seafood, such as fish from Ito and Shimoda, and fresh vegetables from the abundant nature of Izu.

The culinary creations are crafted by Kiyomi Mikuni, the renowned owner-chef of "Hôtel de Mikuni," who has overseen numerous popular restaurants. The building was designed by the famous architect Kengo Kuma, featuring his signature timber framework. The glass-walled interior and terrace offer stunning views of the Izu sea and Izu Oshima island through the lush green forest, thanks to its elevated location.

The menu includes three-course options for both lunch and dinner. The "Harmony of the Sea, Land, and Sun" course requires reservations two days in advance, and weekday dinners are reservation-only. The restaurant also boasts a carefully selected wine list, focusing on wines from Provence, Burgundy, and Bordeaux that pair well with the cuisine.
