In addition to the large communal bath, the resort offers private family baths that guests can use free of charge during their stay, providing a relaxing and immersive hot spring experience.

The resort, designed to allow guests to experience the charming atmosphere and beautiful scenery of Yufuin, features 14 rooms in the main building and 12 separate cottages, all offering views of the rich natural surroundings. The rooms are primarily Japanese-Western style with attached bedrooms, providing a blend of traditional relaxation and spacious, elegant comfort.

Meals at the resort are a highlight, featuring "Creative Japanese Kaiseki" cuisine made with the famous spring water from within the Yufuin Baien grounds and seasonal ingredients sourced from the mountains and sea of Oita.
