Arima Onsen Taketoritei Maruyama

This traditional ryokan is located on a relatively elevated area within Arima Onsen, offering serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The inn boasts eight private baths featuring both the renowned "Kinsen" (golden hot spring) and "Ginsen" (silver hot spring) waters, all of which are available for free to guests. These baths, surrounded by lush trees, allow for a relaxing soak while enjoying a forest-like setting.

With only 30 rooms, each uniquely designed, the ryokan offers a range of accommodation options. From rooms with private outdoor hot spring baths to Japanese-Western fusion rooms, and those offering views of Arima's charming townscape, guests can choose based on the purpose of their stay, whether for special occasions or family vacations.

Dining is provided in the ryokan’s in-house restaurants (all non-smoking), where guests can savor seasonal kaiseki cuisine featuring fresh seafood and local ingredients. All meals are served by reservation only.
