Mitsuboshi "Yoitomake"

A Hokkaido confectionery classic since its launch in 1953, Yoitomake has been loved for 70 years.

This treat features a roll sponge cake coated in haskap jam, a unique berry native to Hokkaido known for its deep blue-purple hue, wild tartness, and rich nutrients.
The jam is carefully simmered and paired with sponge cake made from Hokkaido eggs and sugar, achieving a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. It pairs wonderfully with coffee, tea, or a cold glass of milk. Available as a full roll or in individually wrapped slices, making it ideal as a shareable souvenir.
