Following its renewal in October 2022, the floor space of the market doubled, gathering local favorites and famous stores making their debut in Yokosuka. Visitors can enjoy a variety of menus using seasonal vegetables, seafood, and Hayama beef, including seafood bowls, hamburgers, ramen, and Italian cuisine. The lineup also includes sweets like pudding and gelato, along with a wide selection of craft beers. Purchased items can be freely consumed at tables throughout the building or on the outdoor deck overlooking the sea.

The facility houses a stage, kitchen studio, and event spaces, hosting various events such as markets, live music performances, and workshops, especially on weekends.
