Beppu Onsen Suginoi Hotel

As one of Beppu’s largest and most renowned hot spring resorts, Suginoi Hotel attracts visitors from all over Japan. With 554 guest rooms and the capacity to accommodate approximately 2,000 guests, the hotel consists of three distinct buildings: Sora-kan, Niji-kan, and Naka-kan, each offering a unique experience.

Each accommodation building at Suginoi Hotel offers a unique experience:
Sora-kan (Opened in 2023) – A sleek and sophisticated retreat featuring spacious, modern guest rooms. Guests staying here have exclusive access to a sky-high open-air bath at approximately 250m above sea level and a buffet restaurant serving an exquisite variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine.

Niji-kan – With its vibrant and casual design inspired by Beppu’s sea, mountains, and flowers, this building is ideal for families and young travelers. Enjoy the expansive open-air bath "Tanayu", renovated in 2023, and indulge in a lively buffet featuring international cuisine.

Naka-kan – A luxurious choice offering a variety of room styles on different floors. Options include suite rooms with semi-open-air baths and Good Time Floor accommodations, perfect for multi-generational family stays. (Please note: In-room baths are not hot spring baths.)

Beyond accommodations, the hotel grounds feature Suginoi Palace, an entertainment complex with hot springs, restaurants, shops, an amusement area, and even a bridal salon. One of the highlights is the Aqua Garden, an outdoor hot spring where families and couples can enjoy a unique spa-like experience together.
