Located just about an hour from central Tokyo, Fujino Yamanami Onsen is a day-use hot spring facility where you can enjoy a rustic, natural onsen experience. Having undergone a renovation in August 2023, the interior exudes a sense of cleanliness and freshness. The 100% pure hot spring water, free from added water and fed directly from the source, is rich in minerals and is famously known as the "Rejuvenation Bath" due to its purported benefits for ailments like stiff shoulders, nerve pain, and overall fatigue recovery.

The facility offers two main bath areas, "Lake Bath" and "Forest Bath," each featuring an indoor bath, open-air bath, and sauna. Located on a small hill, the open-air baths provide stunning views of the surrounding mountain range. Depending on the time of day or season, visitors can enjoy breathtaking sights such as sunsets or springtime cherry blossoms.

Inside the onsen, there are spacious free rest areas and private rooms available for rental. A souvenir shop offers a variety of local goods, and after a relaxing soak, the on-site restaurant serves set meals, snacks, desserts, and alcoholic beverages, making it a perfect spot for unwinding after your bath.
