Daisen White Resort
A stunning ski resort offering panoramic views of the Sea of Japan from its breathtaking slopes.
Daisen White Resort is a snow resort located on the northern slopes of Mount Daisen in Tottori Prefecture. The resort is divided into four main areas: Kokusai, Goenzan, Nakanohara, and Uenohara, offering a total of nine diverse courses that cater to everyone, from beginners to advanced skiers.
The most striking feature of the resort is its breathtaking view of the Sea of Japan from the top of the lifts. Often referred to as the "slope with a sea view," on clear days, you can see the Yumigahama Peninsula, the Shimane Peninsula, and even as far as the Oki Islands. The Champion Course, about 1,600 meters long, gives skiers a thrilling downhill experience with the feeling of diving straight into the Sea of Japan.
On weekends and holidays, the resort opens a dedicated Kids Park for toddlers and lower elementary school children. Here, they can safely enjoy snow activities like sledding and building snowmen.
For dining, you can stop by "Lodge Daisen," which focuses on local ingredients, or "Goenzan Lodge," where you can enjoy a meal while taking in views of Mount Daisen and the Sea of Japan. These are perfect for a break or a meal after a day of skiing and snow play.
