In April 2024, the Ginza store reborn as “TORAYA GINZA", introduces a modern twist, inviting people of all ages, both in Japan and worldwide, to experience the unique appeal of wagashi and the Toraya legacy.

An exclusive highlight is the 'Freshly Made Yowa no Tsuki,' a warm confection with freshly baked pancakes filled with sweet azuki bean paste, available only at this location.The store also features Toraya’s first-ever counter seating (reservation required), where customers can watch artisans craft wagashi right before their eyes. Travelers looking for a spot of serenity will be glad to know there’s even an open terrace area with a relaxed ambiance, complete with greenery and flowing water.

The shop section offers not only Toraya’s classic products but also exclusive items available only at this location. Among them is the bite-sized yokan set "Chigusakan," which comes in three year-round flavors: azuki (red bean), matcha, and sansho (Japanese pepper), as well as seasonal sets featuring fruits and spices.
