Opened in July 2015 in Huis Ten Bosch, Sasebo, Nagasaki, Henn na Hotel made history by becoming the world's first hotel staffed by robots, earning a Guinness World Record® the following year. As the fifth branch, Henn na Hotel Tokyo Ginza, which opened in 2018, also features humanoid robots at the front desk, making the check-in experience uniquely futuristic.

Staying true to its concept of "continuously evolving," the hotel incorporates various advanced technologies throughout its facilities. The front desk features an Express Check-in system, allowing guests to complete the process in as little as five seconds. Each guest room is equipped with an LG Styler, a clothing care appliance that refreshes garments by reducing wrinkles and odors.

The hotel also offers a manga corner with unlimited access to a wide selection of popular manga, and a relaxing lounge where guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast, coffee, and cocktails. These amenities ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
