Sapporo Sato Land is an agricultural experience and exchange facility based on the themes of "connecting people with agriculture and nature" and "coexistence of urban life and farming." Spanning an expansive 74.3 hectares—equivalent to 14 Sapporo Domes—the park offers a wide range of agricultural experiences.

From May to early November, visitors can participate in seasonal vegetable harvesting at the Sato Land Experience Farm, picking tomatoes, cucumbers, asparagus, and more. In addition to farming, hands-on activities include butter and mini-parfait making, summer-exclusive ice cream making, and winter-exclusive miso-making workshops.

Beyond agriculture, Sato Land provides an array of play areas and activities. There’s a kids’ corner stocked with 50 types of wooden toys, wooden athletic play structures, park golf, and inflatable play equipment. In winter, visitors can enjoy seasonal attractions like banana boat rides on snow and horse-drawn sleds—unique experiences only found in snowy regions.

For animal lovers, the park also features horseback riding experiences, goat and sheep feeding, and a petting zoo where guests can interact with rabbits and miniature horses. With its vast natural setting, Sato Land offers a full day of fun for both children and adults alike.
