Their sales point is the soup which the owner learned how to make at an udon joint. He combined it with spices to create a one-of-a-kind hit menu. Three parts of pork and chicken, aromatic vegetables, onion, herbs, wine - 30 kinds of ingredients in all make up the special soup combined with 21 kinds of spices.
The colorful soup curry shows how the owner cares about freshness of ingredients. He says he is conscious about the brightness of the topping vegetables so his customers are happy to eat. Chicken is marinated in sauce after it is cooked. Such an extra step of care proves the owner’s exploring spirit.
