Daiginjo Hakkaisan

Named after the sacred mountain in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata, the venerable sake "Hakkaisan" has been cherished as a representative sake of Niigata for over 100 years. Among the diverse "Hakkaisan" series, which includes raw and sparkling types, the "Daiginjo Hakkaisan" was newly introduced in 2020, alongside "Junmai Daiginjo Hakkaisan".

Distinct from the flagship Seishu Hakkaisan, known for its clean, crisp taste that complements daily meals, Daiginjo Hakkaisan is crafted with the concept of "a slightly luxurious sake for special days”. The label starts with carefully selected Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice milled down to 45%, and brewed with the pure meltwater of Mount Hakkai and handmade koji. This sake boasts a delicate, smooth flavor and an elegant sweetness, enhancing any dining experience.
