Fukuoka Sweets Shokudo

It looks different than how it actually tastes! Authentic miniature sweets

Last update :

Sweets based on three kinds of local foods that are representative of Fukuoka Prefecture, Tonkotsu Ramen, Spicy Cod Roe and Rice, and Hakata motsunabe (Giblet Hot Pot), but these surprising products taste totally different from how they look.
The Tonkotsu Ramen consists of sponge cake topped noodles made from cream-flavored white bean paste, the broth is a jam sauce, the grilled pork is made with almonds and strawberry sponge cake, the onions are pistachios, and the red ginger is depicted with candied cherries.
Spicy Cod Roe and Rice and Giblet Hot Pot are each made with specially created ingredients, and you will be able to enjoy a good balance of taste and texture.
